Requirements

• Be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a position no later than 30 September 2025
• Have no more than 12 months’ work experience (not including university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.)
• Be eligible to live and work permanently in the United States
• Have a Degree and/or Masters in a relevant discipline i.e.: Business, Construction, Project Management, Communications, Engineering, Commercial
• Ability to cope with ambiguity and challenging situations
• Adaptable to change, new technologies and a dynamic work environment
• Ability to influence the team and suggest new way of working
• Ability to interact effectively and communicate with all levels of the organisation
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Grow sales in assigned territory in accordance with assigned sales targets
• Maintain existing customer relationships through face-to-face visits; customer service efforts, and phone and e-mail conversations
• Visit customer job sites to support sales and customer service activities
• Prepare and deliver product presentations to contractors, architects and engineers
• Perform jobsite inspections and visits to support warranty and customer service requirements
• Coordinate with field services to ensure accurate and complete repair and warranty service
