Outsource Manager

You will be the primary liaison for external artists, building and maintaining relationships while managing project coordination and scheduling. This 100% remote position requires proven game development experience, particularly in managing art assets, strong art knowledge, and exceptional communication skills. You will also be responsible for maintaining artist records in the CRM and collaborating with internal teams. Requirements

• Proven experience in game development, particularly in managing art assets across 2D, 3D, and animation pipelines
• Strong grasp of various art styles and techniques; ability to evaluate their suitability for projects
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills; ability to simplify complex ideas for artists
• Detail-oriented and efficient in managing multiple tasks; familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus
• Skilled at creating rapport and maintaining professional relationships with external partners and team members
• Possess strong recruitment skills, with the ability to identify, attract, and hire talented artists across various disciplines

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for external artists, presenting new opportunities and aligning them with project objectives
• Develop and sustain long-term relationships with artists to drive consistent collaboration
• Plan and conduct calls to discuss project needs and ensure alignment between artists and the internal team
• Maintain and update artist interactions in the CRM, ensuring all records are accurate and current
• Partner with internal teams to translate project requirements into actionable guidance for artists
