Summary

Join Digital Reach Agency, a full-service digital marketing agency, as a B2B paid media technician. Support Paid Media Strategists by launching and managing campaigns across Google and LinkedIn. Responsibilities include executing B2B campaigns, managing ads, following established processes, maintaining attention to detail, and monitoring campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, proven ability to follow complex processes, high attention to detail, familiarity with various ad formats, and experience with Asana. The position is a contractor role offering up to 35 hours per week during standard business hours (EST). The agency values self-driven individuals with excellent communication and organizational skills, who are detail-oriented and able to work remotely.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience with both Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Proven ability to follow complex, multi-step processes with precision
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and error-free execution
  • Familiarity with all campaign and ad formats on both platforms
  • Experience using Asana or similar project management tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Availability for up to 35 hours per week during standard working hours (EST)

Responsibilities

  • Assist Paid Media Strategist in executing B2B campaign and asset launches
  • Launch and manage ads across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring accuracy in all campaign and ad settings
  • Follow established, detailed processes for campaign creation, QA, and reporting
  • Maintain extreme attention to detail when setting targeting, budgets, creatives, and tracking
  • Work with all ad and campaign types across both Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including search, display, video, lead gen, and sponsored content
  • Coordinate and track tasks in Asana, ensuring deadlines are met and updates are logged
  • Monitor campaign performance and flag any anomalies or optimization opportunities to the strategist
  • Collaborate with team members during business hours (M–F, 9–5 EST) to ensure smooth workflow
