Requirements
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and automation tools (e.g., Ontraport, DotDigital, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Keen analytical abilities to decipher data and convert it into meaningful strategies
- Understanding of member database management, segmentation, and audience targeting strategies
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
- Meticulous attention to detail with commitment to accuracy, quality, and meeting deadlines
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of projects
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative and adaptability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to brief design and content teams effectively and work cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any other relevant field
- Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrable knowledge of English grammar
- 3β5 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing or panel management
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic engagement marketing plans in collaboration with the Panel Engagement Team Lead, aligning with business objectives
- Manage the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including ideation, content creation, deployment, and performance analysis
- Utilize A/B and multivariate testing methodologies to optimize messaging, audience segmentation, and engagement strategies to improve conversion rates
- Ensure campaigns follow best practices for deliverability, personalization, and compliance with relevant regulations
- Proactively monitor key performance metrics, analyze data trends, and generate insightful reports to drive campaign effectiveness
- Continuously optimize campaign strategies based on data-driven insights and suggest actionable improvements
- Work closely with design, content, and analytics teams to ensure email marketing efforts align with broader marketing strategies and business goals
- Effectively brief in-house designers and content creators to produce high-quality, engaging email assets
- Support internal stakeholders by sharing insights and best practices for panel engagement and retention
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in email marketing to drive innovation
- Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive mindset
