• Analytical thinking, proactive attitude, excellent written English communication skills, proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs, high organizational skills, strong attention to detail, comfort with adapting and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage the process of drafting legal language for customers' requirements
• Handle customer requests, ensuring they are handled quickly and correctly
• Support customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform
• Work with leads, guiding them about the company's service via email and website chat
• Draft reports for customers who require inspection of provided information

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in customer success or similar role is preferred
