Summary

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of administrative, legal operations, or paralegal experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational habits
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and database systems like Salesforce
  • Ability to manage multiple case files with consistent follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain digital client files in alignment with firm protocols
  • Ensure electronic document organization, proper naming conventions, and version control
  • Eliminate duplicates and remove outdated forms or templates
  • Gather, verify, and organize client documents for immigration cases
  • Communicate with clients regarding missing information, timelines, and updates
  • Draft professional client correspondence, such as approval and congratulatory letters
  • Draft and complete immigration-related government forms and petitions
  • Prepare and assemble exhibit lists and ensure submission accuracy
  • Maintain client profiles in Salesforce and internal databases
  • Document all client communication and ensure case notes are up to date
  • Submit requests for translation services and educational evaluations
  • Collaborate with internal team members to set daily and weekly case goals
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in immigration law
  • Ensure all documentation and filing processes meet current legal standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in immigration law, legal tech, or client-facing legal support
  • Experience with U.S. government forms or legal filing systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in legal, administrative, or compliance roles
