The role requires experience in project coordination within the language services industry, proficiency with CAT tools, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or University Degree in lieu of experience
  • 1-2 years of experience coordinating projects within the language services industry is required for Project Managers
  • Excellent team working and communication skills
  • Experience with CAT Tools is required
  • Very good analytical and organizational skills
  • Resilient in stressful situations
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Good knowledge of commonly used computer desktop applications and services (e.g MS Office)

Responsibilities

  • Manage common and complex customer requirements (engagement and service setup, process improvement and optimization)
  • Lead end-to-end localization projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality translations on time and within budget, while monitoring profit margins
  • Ensure linguistic material, such as TMs, glossaries, style guides, are consistently updated and delivered per SLA's
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and continually improve localization processes for increased efficiency
  • Responsible for customer feedback, entry of CAPA's and completion of investigations
  • Owns collaboration with RM, linguists, technical leads on resourcing and query management
  • Manage client relationships including mid-to upper level operational contacts; own customer satisfaction
  • Participate in quality audits, recognize opportunities for improvement and implement the changes as needed
