Summary
Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, as a Partner Experience Quality Analyst in our Business Transformation team in Brazil! You will conduct audits of partner profiles, identify and resolve issues, collaborate with international stakeholders, monitor key performance metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements
- Proficient in English and Portuguese (written and spoken), as the role involves working with international stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses
- Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, mobilizing resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse teams across functions, backgrounds, and working styles
- Exceptional grammar and verbal/written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally across stakeholders and regions
- Strong auditing and content review skills with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality assurance
- Proficiency in English and the ability to work autonomously are mandatory requirements
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits of partner profiles (e.g., photos, descriptions, amenities) to ensure compliance with platform standards and deliver a consistent user experience
- Identify and escalate issues or discrepancies related to partner content, ensuring quick resolution and alignment with quality benchmarks
- Occasionally engaging with international stakeholders to ensure clear communication, foster collaboration across regions, and strengthen cross-cultural partnerships
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and proactively surface insights to leadership, identifying best-performing regions and areas requiring improvement
- Support and execute continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes across regions for content quality assurance and user reviews
- Build and maintain tools such as the CRM and other commercial management platforms to streamline operations and foster structured, efficient workflows
- Develop and implement controls, analysis, and reports to improve team efficiency and scalability
- Demonstrate a strong mindset for continuous improvement and proactively contribute to creating scalable processes

Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in other languages such as Spanish, Italian, German, or French is a plus
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus
- A keen interest in learning new skills, exploring new projects, and contributing beyond your core responsibilities
- A genuine enthusiasm for contributing to and enhancing the Wellhub platform
