Partner Experience Quality Analyst

Requirements

• Proficient in English and Portuguese (written and spoken), as the role involves working with international stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses
• Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, mobilizing resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
• Strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse teams across functions, backgrounds, and working styles
• Exceptional grammar and verbal/written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally across stakeholders and regions
• Strong auditing and content review skills with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality assurance
• Proficiency in English and the ability to work autonomously are mandatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits of partner profiles (e.g., photos, descriptions, amenities) to ensure compliance with platform standards and deliver a consistent user experience
• Identify and escalate issues or discrepancies related to partner content, ensuring quick resolution and alignment with quality benchmarks
• Occasionally engaging with international stakeholders to ensure clear communication, foster collaboration across regions, and strengthen cross-cultural partnerships
• Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and proactively surface insights to leadership, identifying best-performing regions and areas requiring improvement
• Support and execute continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes across regions for content quality assurance and user reviews
• Build and maintain tools such as the CRM and other commercial management platforms to streamline operations and foster structured, efficient workflows
• Develop and implement controls, analysis, and reports to improve team efficiency and scalability
• Demonstrate a strong mindset for continuous improvement and proactively contribute to creating scalable processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in other languages such as Spanish, Italian, German, or French is a plus
• Experience with Zendesk is a plus
• A keen interest in learning new skills, exploring new projects, and contributing beyond your core responsibilities
• A genuine enthusiasm for contributing to and enhancing the Wellhub platform
