Summary

The job description is for a Parts Counter Team member position at Scorpion Harley Davidson, a subsidiary of RumbleOn. The role involves selling parts, working with customers and technicians, looking up records, processing catalog requests, answering calls, receiving and accounting for incoming parts, providing cost of parts, updating customers on orders, and performing other duties as assigned. Required qualifications include 1+ years of motorcycle dealership experience, retail sales experience, familiarity with stocking and organizing parts inventory, experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems, ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using the proper catalog, experience utilizing Dealer Management Tools, excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and enthusiasm for Harley-Davidson, attention to detail, a friendly, outgoing personality, and passing pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of motorcycle dealership experience desired
  • Retail Sales Experience Required
  • Familiar with Stocking and organizing parts inventory
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using the proper catalog
  • Experience utilizing Dealer Management Tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc
  • Ability to remain customer focused and responds in a positive manner when faced with difficult or stressful situations
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and enthusiasm for Harley-Davidson
  • Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn about a variety of parts
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a can do attitude!
  • Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts
  • Sell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) to go on cool bikes!
  • Look up records and enter customer information
  • Process catalog requests
  • Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone
  • Receive and account for all incoming parts
  • Provide cost of parts for customers
  • Make sure all displays are organized
  • Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied
