Shipping & Receiving Associate

Summary

Scorpion Harley-Davidson is hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for their Shipping/Receiving Team. The candidate should have knowledge of powersports or automotive parts, logistics, managing inventory, and excel in customer service roles. Responsibilities include unpacking, verifying, and recording incoming merchandise, updating inventory control systems, conducting physical inventories, shipping parts, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in a parts warehouse or parts counter at a dealership
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, worked in stooped, crouched, or kneeling positions frequently
• Superior customer service skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material
• Stock all parts and accessories in their correct bins and/or locations
• Update inventory control system and parts catalog
• Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise
• Ship all parts and accessories in accordance with the carrier's shipping instructions
• Provide excellent customer service to all dealership customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with EVO
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields
