Requirements

  • Graduated in Economics
  • Swedish citizen
  • Relevant working experience in Finance and Accounting
  • Excel/Google Sheet mastery
  • Have experience in one or two accounting system
  • Understanding about VAT
  • Good English to be able to communicate well with the other departments
  • Fluent in Swedish

Responsibilities

  • Managing payments and pulling bank statements and bank receipts
  • Daily book-keeping
  • Doing timely and correct payments
  • Handling incoming supplier invoices
  • Providing proof of payment receipts
  • Registering all new recipients correctly and communicating with the opposite party
  • Making transfers between accounts
  • Managing bank reconciliation and bank bookings; including Swedish invoices. Payments through Bankgiro and manual
  • Monthly closing and reconciliations of all booking accounts in Fortnox
  • Ensuring healthy cash flow
  • Pulling data and receipts from banks for account reconciliation
  • Making sure invoices are correct and contacting any institute if there are errors
  • Booking card transactions
  • Booking sales and costs monthly, for each product for each market
  • Providing correct data per EU country for the VAT reports monthly
  • Managing usage of Treyd, and invoice purchasing, to enable other non-goods payments and better the cash flow
  • Making various budgets for different actors or loan institutes that need it, mainly cash flow budgets and P&L predictions
  • Communications with internal departments for coming purchases of orders
  • Calculating commission with the correct and relevant orders and according to each product's terms
  • Calculating profit per product in each market with costs directly tangible to each product
  • Breaking down the marketing and return documents from Amazon
  • Managing project numbers; keep in touch with the product development department to get accurate updates about products in the pipeline and start adding the projects when the product becomes tangible and people start working on them
