• Strong background in direct-to-consumer marketing, with the ability to manage email campaigns for multiple product lines
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
• Competence in crafting engaging content, with design experience considered a significant plus, though not mandatory
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage part-time hours effectively and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Klaviyo workflows and automations that nurture leads and enhance customer engagement
• Segment email lists accurately to target different customer groups effectively, increasing the relevancy and personalization of each campaign
• Develop comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including follow-ups, nurturing sequences, and abandoned cart campaigns, to maximize conversions and retain customers
• Apply a thorough understanding of consumer product marketing to optimize email strategies and integrate them with broader marketing efforts
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of email campaigns and automations, using data to drive decisions and improve outcomes
