Summary

Join Aledade as an Analyst on the Payer Operations team and play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives with government and commercial payers. You will help bring payer contracts to market, ensure smooth execution post-implementation, and drive patient retention and growth. This role offers the unique opportunity to work at the intersection of operations, strategy, and healthcare innovation. Candidates must be comfortable working remotely from anywhere in the US. The position involves end-to-end execution of sales opportunities in Salesforce, accurate documentation and tracking, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years of CRM experience are required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant, equivalent work experience in operations
  • 2+ years of relevant working experience managing and updating data in a CRM (e.g. Salesforce.com)
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, field, operations, and contracting teams
  • Ability to multi-task; working multiple projects/work at the same time with short turnaround times
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time (team/company meetings)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to track various overlapping deadlines

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end execution (creation and management) of sales opportunities in Salesforce, in support of the payer contract go-to-market process
  • Ensure accurate documentation, tracking and alignment with field teams and internal stakeholders
  • Notify involved internal stakeholders when opportunities have been created
  • Send practice participation agreements to client practices, and ensure all documentation is sent correctly and recorded accurately in Salesforce
  • Monitor document status within each opportunity and the status of client sales activities; providing updates to the field team and other internal stakeholders
  • Notify the field team of any delays, questions, or document rejections from practices, facilitating timely follow-up and resolution
  • Communicate with field teams on status of client sales activities
  • Perform updates in Salesforce as required to move opportunities through its contracting stages
  • Interdepartmental project support, as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and Google Suite
  • Previous experience working with external vendors is a plus
