As a Payment & Risk Management Analyst, you will ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and industry standards across all payment & risk management operations. This role involves overseeing KYC, account verifications, resets, monitoring, and policy enforcement while collaborating with various teams. Requirements
- Proven experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in a B2C environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling sensitive user information
- KYC experience
- Familiarity with legal regulations, particularly in the crypto industry, is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Self-motivated and independent, with a proactive approach to compliance management
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field is preferred
- Full-time availability with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and industry standards across all payment & risk management operations
- Oversee key subjects such as KYC, account verifications and resets, and account activity monitoring and policy enforcement
- Conduct compliance assessments to identify regulatory, policy, and operational risks associated with the marketplace
- Evaluate criticality of identified risks and recommend an action plan to mitigate such risks
- Conduct evaluations of new products from a compliance perspective
- Monitor and assess the regulatory and policy development and changes of the industry such as gaming, crypto, marketplaces, and digital products
- Improve payment operations by sourcing, assessing, negotiating, and managing service providers, and adding more payment features to the marketplace
- Improve user experiences for the KYC, and optimize the conversion, ensuring compliance standards
- Record and document all required procedures and policies
- Work collaboratively with the legal, product, and engineering teams to achieve objectives
