Requirements

  • 3+ years of project experience
  • Organized and transparent with regards to plans, milestones and deliverables
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision at detailed levels while taking account of interdependencies at higher levels
  • Demonstrates a bias for action, can deliver in an agile environment, and has a track record of success
  • Good relationship negotiator, able to build agreements with business stakeholders
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and determine priorities
  • Ability to influence others without formal authority
  • Ability to motivate potentially large and diverse teams from across the business and external stakeholders and create effective teams
  • Experience of working with distributed teams

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal and cross-functional teams to deliver the most critical Payments and Fraud projects
  • Lead small to medium projects and assist Project Managers on larger projects
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from project meetings
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and status updates
  • Assemble and coordinate multi-disciplinary, and potentially geographically dispersed teams
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, and report status updates
  • Identify risks that would prevent the timely delivery of projects and develop solutions to mitigate the risks
  • Provide direction and support to project teams
  • Identify decisions or trade-offs that need to be made to ensure successful delivery of solutions on time
  • Work with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure clear and precise delivery of solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • CAPM or PMP Certification
