Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations or administrative support
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn additional tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a collaborative environment
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
  • Clear communication and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform operational tasks and reporting to support product and process efficiency
  • Help maintain and update dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics
  • Assist in gathering and organizing data for analysis and reporting
  • Support the planning and scoping of product launches, ensuring alignment with team goals and timelines
  • Contribute to process documentation and team resource updates
  • Identify ways to improve and streamline complex transactional tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to address operational issues and ensure alignment
  • Act as a point of contact for resolving day-to-day operational issues
