Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years’ compliance banking experience
• Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including UDAAP, Reg E, Reg CC, Nacha Rules, Visa/Mastercard Rules, and other federal consumer protection legislation and regulations

Responsibilities

• Assist the Payments Compliance Program Manager in delivering the Compliance Management System (CMS)
• Conduct day-to-day due diligence, monitoring, and review related to the Bank’s Payments fintech partner programs
