Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in content creation, communications, or related fields
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs, evaluate effectiveness, and make continuous improvements to training programs
- Proficiency in using content management systems (e.g., Notion, Zendesk)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Writes and speaks fluent English
Responsibilities
- Content Development: Create and manage payroll-related content for various platforms (Notion, website, social media). Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Communications: Develop and execute communication strategies to effectively disseminate payroll information. Engage with and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Training Design and deliver training programs for various audiences on payroll processes, tools, and strategic initiatives. Identify knowledge and skill gaps and create user-friendly guides, documents, and videos. Facilitate learning sessions to address identified gaps
- Project Support Support payroll projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
