Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
• 6+ years of experience in payroll processing within a PEO or similar environment
• Advanced proficiency with PrismHR, specifically in payroll functions and configuration
• Experience with multiple payroll technologies is an advantage
• Experience with payroll tax filings and reporting, including understanding of deductions, garnishments, and contributions
• Client-facing experience, with strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process for PEO clients using PrismHR, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of wages, benefits, and other payroll-related disbursements to employees across multiple jurisdictions
• Maintain employee payroll records, oversee data integrity, and ensure all changes are properly reflected in PrismHR
• Generate payroll reports as needed for clients, internal teams, and compliance purposes, ensuring data accuracy
• Work directly with clients to address payroll-related questions, provide support, and ensure payroll processes align with their needs
