Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and we also accept candidates with 1-3 years of experience in Philippines payroll processing
• Strong attention to detail and a numbers-driven mindset
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure timely submissions of remittances, pay slips, and reports
• Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
• Coordinate with HR to ensure all necessary changes (new hires, terminations, raises) are accurately reflected in payroll
• Stay updated on relevant laws and guidelines to maintain compliance
• Work closely with the payroll team to improve processes and enhance efficiency
