Summary
The job description is for a Payroll Trainee position at PeopleCert., a global leader in assessment and certification of professional skills. The role involves supporting the HR team, particularly in payroll functions, and participating in various projects. The ideal candidate has studies related to HR/ Business Administration/ Management, excellent English language skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Requirements
- Studies related to HR/ Business Administration/ Management are preferred
- Excellent use of the English language (C2 level)
- Very good use of MS Office applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Collect necessary data and support monthly payroll
- Handle employees' inquiries from a global perspective
- Assist in the management of the hiring process cycle, along with employee renewals and terminations
- Participate in the communication with local authorities (ERGANI, SEPE, EFKA)
- Maintain and update HR records
- Support the HR team in various projects
