Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or client relationship management
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts and drive measurable outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned enterprise accounts, focusing on driving deeper penetration and greater adoption of communication strategies
- Develop and implement tailored strategies to meet client needs and maximize account potential
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term client success
- Develop and maintain a schedule for monthly and quarterly client calls to review outcomes, performance metrics, and feedback
- Promote awareness and adoption of new products and services during client interactions
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports that highlight value and support decision-making
- Manage PEO partner accounts and identify opportunities for new sales within payroll channel partnerships
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and strengthen relationships with PEO partners
- Ensure alignment between client goals and organizational offerings to maximize success
- Serve as the primary strategic account manager for the PrismHR partnership
- Oversee day-to-day account activities, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with client objectives
- Drive initiatives to enhance the partnership and deliver measurable results
- Develop, maintain, and manage an enterprise sales pipeline, identifying high-value opportunities
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to close deals and achieve revenue targets
- Regularly update and report on pipeline performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth
