Summary

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in benefits implementation, preferably within a PEO or HR outsourcing environment
  • Expertise in PrismHR software, with hands-on experience configuring and managing benefits administration in PrismHR
  • Strong understanding of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and ancillary benefits
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for benefits administration, including HIPAA, ACA, and local labor laws
  • Experience in data migration and system integrations, particularly with benefits platforms
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of benefits implementation for PEO clients, from initial scoping to post-implementation support
  • Work directly with clients to understand their benefits needs, develop customized solutions, and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Utilize PrismHR to configure benefits plans, manage data integration, and troubleshoot system issues during the implementation process
  • Ensure proper setup of health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits programs in accordance with client specifications
  • Coordinate the collection, validation, and migration of benefits data into the PrismHR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Work closely with the payroll, tax, and legal teams to ensure that benefits administration aligns with overall HR and compliance frameworks
  • Provide training sessions to clients on how to use PrismHR for benefits administration, including self-service portals and reporting
  • Ensure all benefits configurations meet local and international regulatory standards and client-specific compliance requirements
  • Identify areas for process optimization and contribute to enhancing Deel’s PEO benefits implementation practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with global benefits structures and compliance requirements
  • Certification in Benefits Administration (e.g., CEBS or similar)
  • Experience in other HRIS or benefits management systems in addition to PrismHR
