The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of PEO benefits experience, a high comfort level with PrismHR, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Be responsible for day-to-day benefit administration and client satisfaction
- Answer benefit-related inquiries for clients following implementation, to include troubleshooting issues, auditing changes, and providing medical insurance cards
- Coordinate with clients, brokers, and carriers to gather necessary benefit information and documentation; work directly with clients on anything outstanding, setting firm deadlines and expectations
- Conduct virtual Employee Benefit Orientation Meetings
- Own the build out and maintenance of supplemental client-facing benefit materials including but not limited to slide decks and benefit orientation/training videos
- Work closely with Benefit Implementation Managers/Specialists on Open Enrollment launch and troubleshooting of enrollment workflows
- Quality control all client set-ups for accuracy
- Assist employees with eligibility and coverage issues and questions
- Act as a liaison between the insurance carriers and employees to ensure resolution of any claim or benefit inquiries
- Lead annual open enrollment process for clients for both master and carveout plans
- Partner with the payroll department; review & confirm changes in deductions/costs from payroll to payroll
- Assist with monthly benefit reconciliation items
- Ensure a high level of customer service delivery by providing timely, accurate, courteous, and appropriate responses to worksite employees, clients, and vendors
- Assist with all other duties and projects as assigned
