Summary

Join Rhino Entertainment as a People & Talent Acquisition Partner and oversee multiple facets of our people strategy, focusing on top-tier talent acquisition. You will report to the Global Head of People & Culture and collaborate with hiring managers and People Partners globally. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to recruit top talent and ensure an engaging onboarding experience. Responsibilities include leading the full-cycle global recruitment process, improving the candidate experience, partnering with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, managing recruitment agencies, and leveraging data and analytics. You will also support people-related administration tasks, ensure compliance, collaborate with the People Team, provide employee support, act as a People Advisor, address workplace issues, and help create a positive workplace environment. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar Talent Acquisition, People Partner, or HR role (iGaming or Tech experience is a plus)
  • Proven experience in leading recruitment and talent acquisition projects
  • Familiarity with HR best practices, employee engagement, and employer branding trends
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and coaching skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Discreet, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to improve the employee experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle global recruitment process: define hiring needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding cycles
  • Continuously improve the candidate experience, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and inclusive hiring journey
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, including nurturing passive candidates through talent communities or regular engagement
  • Oversee partnerships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring they align with hiring goals, talent quality expectations, and internal recruitment workflows
  • Manage and take full ownership of the Talent Acquisition platform - enhancing workflows, integrations, candidate assessments, and interview tools
  • Leverage recruitment data and analytics to identify trends, improve time-to-hire, and inform decision-making
  • Support with people related administration tasks such as onboarding/offboarding, compensation tracking, benefits reporting, and HR systems updates
  • Ensure compliance with policies, working permits, and local regulations
  • Collaborate closely with our People Team across office locations to deliver and enhance core HR processes and responsibilities across people experience activities
  • Provide proactive support to employees across the organisation with any people-related matters, offering guidance and assistance as needed
  • Act as a trusted People Advisor to managers by guiding them on the use of internal continuous feedback and performance management tools
  • Address any workplace and employee relations issues, providing support for various people-related matters. Your support will be instrumental in building and maintaining high-performing and engaged teams
  • Help create and maintain an inspiring, well-organised workplace environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using HiBob and Workable is an asset
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
