Launch Success Manager

Summary

Join Crescendo as a Launch Success Manager and ensure smooth onboarding for partners. You will manage day-to-day deployment tasks, coordinate with internal stakeholders, lead partner calls, maintain documentation, and identify/escalate issues. This role focuses on project execution and communication, not people management. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, customer onboarding, or operations, excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day deployment tasks for new partner onboarding using a structured playbook
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (AI Deployment Engineering, Project Management, Ops, TA) to track progress and align on key milestones
• Lead or participate in partner calls to provide updates and manage expectations
• Maintain documentation and project tracking dashboards for each launch
• Identify issues early and escalate as necessary to keep launches on track
