People Operations Manager / HRBP

Summary

The job description is for an HR Generalist role at Mitek Systems, a global leader in digital identity authentication and fraud prevention. The role involves providing HR support, advice, and coaching to managers on various people-related matters, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring compliance with labor practices and GDPR, and acting as a business partner to help teams achieve their objectives.

Requirements

• Track record of successful HR administration and employee relations experience
• Excellent fluency with English speaking and writing skills required
• Hands-on experience with recruitment, employee relations, compensation/benefits and staff development
• Excellent interpersonal influence and communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving, project management and a consultative approach
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives and successfully manage multiple stakeholders
• CIPD HR certification, Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or the equivalent skills and knowledge gained through progressive experience in the field of HR
• Solid understanding of UK employment laws and compliance, immigration best practices, and employment contract administration
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS system usage
• Ability to travel to London and Leeds offices, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience a global, growth-oriented technology environment
• Experience working with a United States-based headquarters office
• Additional European country HR knowledge including: Spain, The Netherlands, and France
• Additional language skills (Spanish, Dutch, & French)
