Requirements

  • A quantitative background
  • Self-driven and an obsessive learner with a thirst for knowledge
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills; comfortable working with data, spotting trends, and solving problems. Preferably experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau
  • Possess high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, feedback-driven environment with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Manage a growing portfolio of Metasearch campaigns across a range of partners including Google, Trivago, Tripadvisor, and Bing
  • Analyze performance data on Looker, optimize campaigns, solve technical integration/tracking problems, and work closely with Client Success to support clients
  • Utilize knowledge of Triptease's automated bidding algorithms and best practice to execute optimization activities to maximize campaign performance and direct bookings
  • Develop knowledge of the Metasearch and wider digital marketing landscape, including understanding of how to navigate, find information, and make changes within the Google ecosystem and other partners' platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Performance marketing experience would be ideal, but is not a requirement
  • Any experience within the hospitality industry would be helpful but not required
