Summary

Digital Extremes is hiring a Performance Marketing Associate/Specialist to support the Performance Marketing Team in capitalizing on growth opportunities by executing performance marketing initiatives. The role involves managing new user acquisition and retargeting campaigns, optimizing user acquisition, conducting market research, partnering with Analytics team, collaborating with creative teams, and managing relationships with external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Management; Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent science degree, required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a performance marketing, analytics, or media management role having run multiple campaigns spanning across social media, search, console media, app and display
  • Experience managing advertising campaigns for multi-platform games across various channels and international markets
  • Mobile app install experience. Familiarity with mobile attribution
  • Well-versed in the web analytics and performance attribution space, and the use of relevant channel ad management tools, experience with digital analytics tracking implementation, a plus
  • Comfort with analyzing and pivoting data to land on actionable insights for future campaigns
  • Extremely detail-oriented, quality-focused and driven to consistently meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to effectively navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment with constant change and ambiguity
  • Responsibility for championing outcomes for projects with shared ownership
  • Strong project management skills. Should be able to work on numerous projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Trello and Slack and proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite
  • Clever, creative personality with a passion for gamer culture. Avid gamer a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Manage new user acquisition and retargeting campaigns to drive high ROI ensuring efficient budget allocation across channels
  • Optimize user acquisition by conducting A/B testing and implementing strategies to achieve performance goals
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis to uncover new growth opportunities and emerging trends
  • Partner with the Analytics team to create data-driven insights, set and track targets, and build reporting tools to monitor and evaluate success
  • Collaborate with in-house creative teams to develop engaging marketing creatives, leveraging trends and testing frameworks
  • Assist in managing relationships with external partners, including advertising platforms and media agencies
