Email Marketing Associate

Summary

The Email Marketing Associate will work with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic email marketing plans, segment and manage email lists, optimize campaigns, monitor key performance indicators, explore new technologies, stay updated with industry trends, and attend weekly program meetings. The position requires an associate degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Communications or related field, with at least 1-2 years of experience in email marketing.

Requirements

• Associate level degree or higher, or equivalent experience, preferably in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in email marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns
• Segment and manage email lists
• Identify opportunities for email optimization and A/B testing
• Monitor and study email campaign key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Explore new technologies such as AI to enhance marketing efforts
• Stay updated with the industry trends and best practices in email marketing
• Attend weekly program meetings to provide updates on previous program marketing efforts and plan future marketing of programs
