Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher recommended; equivalent hands-on experience or lived expertise accepted
- Current or previous role aligned with Motivation & Personal Growth activities driving qualifications as a Personal Development Keynote Speaker
- Recognized expertise in domain, public speaking ability, and ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences
- Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) activities Motivation And Personal Growth Functional Area Activities
- Public speaking, critical thinking, audience tailoring, storytelling, time management, and message clarity
- Credibility, authenticity, adaptability, purpose alignment, and audience engagement skills
Responsibilities
- Provide services and support as a Personal Development Keynote/Guest Speaker [Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker)] in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Texas Education Agency (TEA) | Region One Education Service Center (ESC1) Generally Located In CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual) and across the South Central Region (Of Country/World)
- Provides targeted content and insights tailored to Personal Development Topic Areas while collaborating with a Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) as part of a Motivation & Personal Growth Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline/Category with the objective(s) of engaging audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling. Delivers value by educating, inspiring, and energizing event participants. Often aligned with the event theme or goals to reinforce key messages. Personal Development speakers specialize in delivering compelling insights, stories, or strategies within their area of expertise. They engage audiences through education, motivation, and actionable guidance rooted in their field
- Delivers expert-driven, purpose-aligned insights in personal development, translating real experience into motivating, practical takeaways
- Prepare and deliver high-impact keynote presentations tailored to target audiences, highlighting value-aligned insights with clarity and relevance
