Requirements

• Proven experience as a Medical Lien Negotiator within a legal setting
• Strong understanding of medical billing, lien resolution, and negotiation techniques
• Well-versed in statutory liens (Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently while also taking direction when needed
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools

Responsibilities

• Negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to secure optimal resolutions for our clients
• Review and analyze medical billing and lien documentation to identify discrepancies, errors, and opportunities for negotiation
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to strategize and support case-specific lien negotiation tactics
