Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist in a legal setting
- Strong understanding of medical billing, lien resolution, and negotiation techniques
- Well-versed in statutory liens (Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Independently negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to secure optimal resolutions for our clients
- Review and analyze medical billing and lien documentation to identify discrepancies, errors, and opportunities for negotiation
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to strategize and support case-specific lien negotiation tactics
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lien negotiation activities and communications
