Summary

Join Natera as a Phlebotomy Operations Support Associate and act as a point of escalation for various scenarios and special projects. Collaborate with Operations Managers to optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), identify service gaps, and enhance mobile phlebotomy experiences. Manage special draw programs, complete initial research on complaints, assess market coverage and staff needs, and proactively recruit in areas of need. Monitor draws, assist with training and MPX access, and cover team tasks when needed. Document meeting minutes and act as a point of contact for escalations. Requirements

  • Employee must pass post-offer criminal background check
  • Customer Care/Business experience required
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required with 3 years related experience
  • Proficient in excel, google sheets and other data reporting systems
  • Proactive work ethic and ability to take initiative
  • General understanding of mobile phlebotomy and general phlebotomy services
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to learn and embrace online tools for effective program management
  • Stable working environment for dealing with PHI
  • Consistent access to internet and other resources required to fulfill a remote working position

Responsibilities

  • Manage special draw programs; including, but not limited to Canada Draws and Study draws
  • Completing initial research on complaint draws and delegate as needed
  • Assess market coverage and staff as needed, reviewing mileage requests and BSI draws on a monthly basis
  • Proactively working with Phlebotomy manager to recruit in areas of need
  • Assessing and approving mileage emails and documenting appropriately
  • Monitoring same day, urgent/red draws in MPX
  • Assist the Phlebotomy Operations Manager (Derrick) in training
  • Assist with MPX access and market updates
  • Assisting in covering team tasks when we are short staffed
  • Responsible for documenting meeting minutes for Team Huddle
  • Acts as point of contact for escalations and initial investigation
  • Assist in running/leading cross functional meetings with other teams ie; MP/ISS meetings
  • And any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission and abide by our organizational values

Preferred Qualifications

  • Phlebotomy knowledge preferred
  • BS/BA degree (preferred)
