Photographer - Junior Project Management

Summary

Join Autohero as a Project Manager for Photography and provide technical support and drive the development of product photography standards across Europe. This role involves troubleshooting, project management, and collaboration to enhance photo solutions. You will provide remote and on-site technical support for product photography-related issues, ensure and improve photo quality standards, monitor project performance using KPIs, manage maintenance tasks, and work with teams to enhance vehicle photo booths and software. The position requires hands-on photography experience, technical understanding, strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in G Suite/Microsoft Office. Fluency in English and French is necessary. Requirements

• Hands-on experience in photography, with a strong willingness to learn and a keen eye for detail
• Solid technical understanding and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new concepts
• Strong organizational skills, an independent and structured approach to work, and a high level of motivation to drive improvements in our photo and imperfection standards
• Strong problem solving skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for all product photography-related issues, including both hardware and software, across our European locations
• Ensure and continuously improve photo quality standards in close collaboration with our team, while overseeing their implementation across all markets
• Monitor project performance using defined KPIs, creating reports, guidelines, and presentations to support data-driven decision-making
• Manage and execute maintenance tasks, ensuring completion in line with quality standards
• Work closely with the teams to enhance our vehicle photo booths and automation-optimized photography software

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in G Suite/Microsoft Office, experience with Apple/Mac systems would be highly beneficial
• Fluency in written and spoken English and French, additional languages such as Spanish or German would be a plus
