Join MedCore Solutions as a Physical Therapist (PT) or US Registered Nurse (USRN) in a fully remote role based in the Philippines! You will provide high-quality orthopedic care to US patients via virtual platforms. Responsibilities include conducting virtual evaluations, designing personalized rehabilitation programs, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients. For USRNs, responsibilities include remote clinical assessments, virtual triage, and supporting orthopedic treatment plans. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, with a strong preference for orthopedic or musculoskeletal care. Proficiency in EMR systems and virtual care platforms is also necessary. Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Florida PT or RN license
- Based in the Philippines with access to high-speed internet and a secure work-from-home setup
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, with a strong preference for orthopedic or musculoskeletal care
- Proficiency in using EMR systems and virtual care platforms (Zoom, Doxy.me, etc.)
- Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare practices, particularly in orthopedics
- Clear and professional communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual orthopedic evaluations for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical needs, or chronic pain
- Design and lead personalized rehabilitation programs using video-based sessions and digital exercise tools
- Monitor patient progress remotely and adjust therapy plans in alignment with recovery milestones
- Educate patients on injury prevention, pain management, and post-operative care
- Document treatment plans and progress accurately in the EMR system, in compliance with U.S. standards
- Perform remote clinical assessments related to orthopedic conditions, surgical aftercare, or pain management
- Provide virtual triage, patient education, and follow-ups to support orthopedic treatment plans
- Assist with post-op recovery monitoring, ensuring adherence to orthopedic protocols and medications
- Communicate effectively with U.S.-based orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and care teams
- Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telehealth or virtual patient interaction preferred
- Experience in Athenahealth EMR is a bonus
