Summary

The job is a primary care fellowship program for recent NP or PA graduates at Carbon Health, a growing healthcare organization with 120+ locations. The fellow will work 40 hours per week and receive a compensation of $50/hour. The fellowship offers a curated educational experience, mentorship, didactics, clinical rounds, and the opportunity to grow with the company.

Requirements

  • Medical/Master’s degree and certification
  • Valid license to practice as a Physician Assistant and current national certification (OR - RN - Valid license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner)
  • National certification upon completion of fellowship program
  • Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of California
  • Maintain a controlled substance license along with an unrestricted California DEA license
  • Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and impartiality at all times

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional treatment, collaborative care options (within the scope of primary care), including physical examinations, assessments, diagnosis and treatment
