Join Oscar Medical Group's Virtual Urgent Care team as a Physician! Provide telemedicine services via phone and messaging, delivering exceptional patient care on Oscar's platform. Reimagine virtual diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Collaborate with a team to ensure efficient and high-quality care. This is a full-time, remote position, requiring a license in Georgia, Texas, and Florida, plus a compact physician license. The base pay is $188,000-$246,750 per year, with additional benefits and bonuses.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• Must be licensed in Georgia, Texas, AND Florida
• Compact physician license (IMLCC)
• 3+ years experience in an in-person urgent care, ER or outpatient family medicine practice
• 2+ years of Telemedicine experience
• Supervision experience of Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA)

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care virtually (both by phone and message)
• Provide patient care in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices and policies
• Focus on efficiency and quality of care delivery
• Ensure patient access to VUC services
• Collaborate with APPs, MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines (e.g. primary care and health assessments)

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish
• Licensed in other OMG states: AZ, CO, CT, IA, IL, KS, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, TN, VA
