Physician Collaborator

Summary

Join Midi Health, a virtual clinic dedicated to women's health in midlife, as a collaborating physician. Provide administrative leadership and support to Nurse Practitioners. Review charts, fulfill collaborating physician duties, and participate in state-mandated communications. Regularly meet with Nurse Practitioners, conduct chart audits, and attend team meetings. Maintain communication via email and Slack. This 1099 contract position requires an unrestricted, active medical license (MD or DO) in CA, VA, OH, or TX, board certification, and a strong background in women's health, particularly perimenopause and menopause. A commitment to filling at least 50% of collaborating slots is required.

Requirements

• Unrestricted, active medical license (MD or DO) in CA, VA, OH or TX
• Board Certified
• Strong background caring for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause symptoms
• Agree to fill a minimum of 50% of collaborating slots in states where Midi operates

Responsibilities

• Review charts in compliance with state regulations
• Fulfill collaborating physician duties as required by state guidelines
• Participate in state-mandated communications and meetings
• Meet regularly with collaborating Nurse Practitioners
• Conduct chart audits per state requirements
• Join physician team meetings, group meetings, and one-on-ones with the Physician Manager
• Stay connected through email and Slack messaging
