Summary
Join Escape Velocity as a Pipeline Engineer to support the Art and Production team with tools, scripts, and integrations of Autodesk Flow Production Tracking (Shotgrid) and Jira. Work together to understand requirements for smooth production tracking, research new techniques, and acquire knowledge of tools and technology.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an Engineering or Technical Art related fields
- Strong knowledge of Shotgrid, Jira or similar products and their APIs
- Experience with Python, C#. Bonus would be knowledge of C++
- Understanding of Object-Oriented programming
- Understanding of database systems (SQL)
- Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy
- Experience with graphical DCCs such as Maya, 3DSMax, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Photoshop
- Strong ability to learn new areas of development
- Ability to work well within a team atmosphere
- Excellent time management skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Work with art and production to understand requirements needed for smooth production tracking
- Research and prototype new techniques to improve the efficiency of content production
- Acquire a deep understanding of tools and technology and be able to explain how to work with them to users
