Summary

You will actively source candidates, consult with clients on their needs, screen candidates, and ensure swift placements.   • Be skilled at resolving unexpected challenges and conflicts in temporary staffing arrangements
  • Have a genuine desire to help others. Easily build rapport with a diverse range of individuals and provide constructive support and guidance to Clients and Candidates alike

Responsibilities

  • Actively source and recruit Candidates for various temporary domestic roles using job boards and our company website
  • Work closely with Clients to understand their temporary staffing needs, including specific job requirements, duration, and any special qualifications requested
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess Candidates’ suitability for temporary roles and efficiently match them with appropriate Client requests
  • Manage and respond swiftly to short-notice staffing requests, ensuring quick and effective placement of temporary staff
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of available Candidates, including their skills, compliance documentation, preferences, and availability
  • Gather feedback from both Clients and Candidates post-placement to ensure satisfaction and continuously improve service quality
