Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, Platform or Infrastructure related role
• Extensive experience with cloud providers (e.g., AWS, GCP)
• Proficiency with containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Puppet)
• Experience implementing and managing scalable databases (Elasticsearch, MySQL, RDS)
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD tools and pipelines
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go)
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols
• Knowledge of security best practices and tools

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance our network and infrastructure
• Ensure robust security measures are in place
• Manage and troubleshoot issues related to systems and databases
• Provide reactive support to resolve bugs and system issues
• Collaborate with development teams on the roadmap, adapting to project changes and priorities
• Facilitate the deployment of GenAI technologies with autonomous tooling, ensuring alignment with product development
• Work extensively with containerized solutions like Docker to streamline deployment and scaling processes
• Handle and optimise large data lakes, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
