Summary
Join Stitch Fix's Experimentation team as a Platform Engineer and shape the company's central experimentation platform. Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in a platform engineering role
- Have exceptional skills in SQL and Python
- Have experience with Golang and full stack development experience
- Have expertise in machine learning techniques and their applications in experimentation
- Have platform engineering experience on an experimentation platform
- Have communication skills that help simplify complex problems for cross-functional business partners
- Have prioritization skills with business impact in mind and ability to be pragmatic where appropriate
- Have intellectual curiosity and are an experienced learner and are skilled in asking questions
- Have a passion for technology and the opportunity to learn and apply new technical concepts to your work
- Have experience in working autonomously and taking ownership of projects

Preferred Qualifications
- Have a degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Have experience working in the e-commerce or retail industry
- Have experience partnering with product managers and/or business stakeholders for decision making using experimentation and analytics
- Have familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
