Requirements

• Be Fluent in English (C1 Advanced Level)
• Have a high level of literacy
• Possess strong technical proficiency on both PC and mobile devices
• Be ready and willing to learn and enhance qualifications, including through company-sponsored courses
• Have extensive gaming experience and passion for games
• Be highly self-disciplined and responsible
• Possess an up-to-date PC and an Android mobile device

Responsibilities

• Provide player support - answering game-related questions, resolving technical and payment issues, addressing complaints
• Manage reviews on Google Play and App Store
• Moderate the game chat and social networks
• Collect feedback from players
• Monitor game performance (with Grafana and other tools)
• Inform the developers of emerging issues
• Test game updates and the game Portal, collaborating with QA
