Requirements

  • 7–10 years of commercial experience, with a solid background in project and program management
  • Demonstrated success in managing shifting deadlines, multiple project streams, and critical paths efficiently
  • Synthesizes complex information to inform data-driven decisions
  • Initiates ideas and solutions without prompt; acts as a change agent
  • Manages multiple projects while maintaining focus on priorities
  • Builds trust and accountability across teams
  • Approaches challenges with creativity and develops new solutions

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to execute seamless customer onboarding and integration initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment
  • Manage transitions of customer accounts from acquired businesses onto the Ofload platform
  • Oversee and deliver high-impact shipper onboarding and strategic account management initiatives
  • Drive digital transformation projects for existing and new customers, focusing on end-to-end process optimisation
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose enhancements, and implement product adoption strategies for measurable improvements
  • Work closely with internal teams to align project outcomes with business goals and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability
