Power Platform Architect

Requirements

• 8+ years working in professional services in a consulting and/or pre-sales role
• 6+ years of experience in Power Platform
• Proven ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and translate them into innovative technical solutions
• Strong presentation, demonstration, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops with customers and business analysts to gather and understand business challenges, requirements, and goals
• Prepare solution designs leveraging Power Platform capabilities
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation that highlight the value and feasibility of proposed solutions
• Write and present detailed technical proposals, including solution architecture, implementation plan, and cost estimates
• Design and lead Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements for key clients, guiding them through the testing and validation process to showcase the effectiveness of Copilot Studio / Power Platform solutions
• Partner with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, refine messaging, and identify target client segments for Power Platform / Copilot Studio services
• Design and implement technical solutions using the Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI)
• Design integrations with third-party applications, services, and APIs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments of the Power Platform and provide ongoing consultation to clients on best practices and new features
• Participate in internal training sessions to educate team members on Power Platform, AI capabilities, and the company’s unique value proposition

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience with Power Virtual Agents or Copilot Studio (Azure AI Studio and / or Bot Framework is a plus)
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Custom Insights)
• Having a strong understanding of best practices for environments, security, permissions, and application lifecycle management (ALM)
• Knowledge of Azure services including AI Platform, App Services, Queues, Service Bus, Function Apps, and Identity Management
• Experience with version control systems, pipelines, and agile project methodologies
• PL 900 Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals
• PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant
• PL-400 Power Platform Developer
• PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect
