Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a Power Platform Consultant or Developer, with a focus on leading projects and teams
- Strong hands-on expertise in Dataverse, PCF, APIs, and custom coding
- Proficiency with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions, App Services)
- Solid understanding of system integration and experience with advanced technologies such as AI Builder or RPA tools
- Proficiency in coding languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
- Experience working with IT teams and developers in a collaborative environment
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
- A passion for Microsoft cloud technologies including Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365
- Strong client-facing skills, empathy, and ability to guide clients through challenging problems
- 4+ of technical experience in consulting or customer settings working with Microsoft Cloud technologies such as Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CE, Azure, or Microsoft 365 application development, integration, and / or infrastructure solutions
- Direct experience designing, building, and delivering Microsoft Dataverse solutions
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team on larger client-facing engagements or as an individual technical leader on smaller engagements
- Design, and deliver end-to-end solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
- Leverage Dataverse, PowerApps Component Framework (PCF), and Azure services to develop scalable and secure applications
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with APIs, custom connectors, and other systems
- Serve (depending on engagement needs) in both lead developer roles developing or supervising the development of solution functionality, as a solution architect doing the same but with additional design and overall technical leadership responsibility, or as a technical consultant on enterprise management (i.e. platform management, enterprise architecture, application lifecycle management, security, user empowerment
- Create custom components, extensions, and integrations to meet client-specific requirements
- Develop and maintain reusable libraries, templates, and frameworks
- Lead technical workshops with clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications
- Work alongside IT teams and developers to implement, test, and troubleshoot complex solutions
- Maintain high client satisfaction by delivering quality solutions and providing post-implementation support

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience utilizing advanced technologies, such as machine learning models, RPA, and AI Builder, to enhance capabilities
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions within scope and budget
