Summary
Join Accesa as a Mid Power Platform engineer and contribute to diverse projects across various industries. Design and implement software products using Power Platform, focusing on building and modifying solutions, improving performance, and resolving errors. Collaborate with a project team, architects, and managers, balancing productive work with learning opportunities. Mentor junior colleagues and enhance your autonomy in project design. Receive guidance from Chapter Subject Matter Experts and a Career Coach for technical and career development. Share knowledge by co-creating assets for Chapter channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Proven expertise in Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and integrating Azure Services (Functions, Blob Storage, Key Vault)
- Strong skills in algorithms, data structures, data transformation, integration, databases querying and development best practices
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g. Power Platform Developer Associate or Functional Consultant)
- Background in RPA/Power Automate Desktop, REST APIs, and custom connector development
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy → Lead the end-to-end development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps solutions, applying ALM best practices and solution-aware flows
- Automate Workflows → Build and optimize Power Automate cloud and desktop flows—including error handling, pagination, and custom connectors—to eliminate manual tasks
- Visualize Insights → Create interactive Power BI reports and dashboards using DAX, dataflows, and shared datasets to provide real-time business intelligence
- Manage Data → Configure Dataverse entities and integrate with SharePoint, SQL Server, and Azure Services (Functions, Blob Storage, Key Vault) for robust data management
- Govern & Secure → Implement platform governance, role-based security models, and compliance policies to safeguard organizational data
- Collaborate & Mentor → Partner with stakeholders, architects, and junior engineers to define reusable templates, document design patterns, and deliver knowledge-transfer sessions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience writing Office Scripts (TypeScript) for in-workbook validation and transformation, Python for automation and C# for the development of serverless functions
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative tooling (Azure DevOps, Git)
