Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Proven expertise in Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and integrating Azure Services (Functions, Blob Storage, Key Vault)
• Strong skills in algorithms, data structures, data transformation, integration, databases querying and development best practices
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g. Power Platform Developer Associate or Functional Consultant)
• Background in RPA/Power Automate Desktop, REST APIs, and custom connector development
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design & Deploy → Lead the end-to-end development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps solutions, applying ALM best practices and solution-aware flows
• Automate Workflows → Build and optimize Power Automate cloud and desktop flows—including error handling, pagination, and custom connectors—to eliminate manual tasks
• Visualize Insights → Create interactive Power BI reports and dashboards using DAX, dataflows, and shared datasets to provide real-time business intelligence
• Manage Data → Configure Dataverse entities and integrate with SharePoint, SQL Server, and Azure Services (Functions, Blob Storage, Key Vault) for robust data management
• Govern & Secure → Implement platform governance, role-based security models, and compliance policies to safeguard organizational data
• Collaborate & Mentor → Partner with stakeholders, architects, and junior engineers to define reusable templates, document design patterns, and deliver knowledge-transfer sessions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing Office Scripts (TypeScript) for in-workbook validation and transformation, Python for automation and C# for the development of serverless functions
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative tooling (Azure DevOps, Git)
