Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in enterprise solution delivery, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies
  • Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, low-code/no-code development methodologies, and integrating APIs and external data sources
  • Proven ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable Power Platform architectures
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and enforcing governance strategies for low-code environments
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, security roles, connectors, and environment management within Power Platform
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions that drive measurable value
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a consultant or lead engineer role

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and related low-code technologies)
  • Lead the development of enterprise-grade automation workflows and applications that align with business objectives and Microsoft best practices
  • Architect and deliver secure, compliant, and governed solutions that integrate with enterprise systems and APIs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend Power Platform solutions
  • Establish and enforce governance strategies to prevent architecture sprawl and ensure long-term solution maintainability
  • Provide expert-level guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for engineering teams and junior developers
  • Act as a trusted consultant to stakeholders, ensuring high-impact delivery of Power Platform capabilities across multiple business units

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a consultant is highly desirable!
