Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead both business analysis and technical delivery teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Strong background in managing the full project lifecycle, from strategic business analysis to technical solution implementation
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in driving high-performance teams and developing talent
  • Deep understanding of data analytics, business process modeling, and technical problem-solving in data-intensive environments
  • Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of a high-performing, diverse team across business analysis and quality assurance functions
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunities to team members, driving performance and career development
  • Champion a results-driven culture, ensuring teams take ownership of outcomes and collaborate to deliver value to clients
  • Establish and promote best practices for business analysis, technical delivery, and quality assurance across the region
  • Shape and nurture the departmental culture in alignment with Quantexaโ€™s values and regional goals
  • Collaborate with in-country leadership to drive regional alignment and integration with the companyโ€™s strategic vision
  • Lead by example, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation across all teams
  • Oversee the Business Analysis function, ensuring alignment with client business needs and project goals
  • Ensure the technical delivery function addresses real-world challenges by bridging the gap between developers and clients
  • Collaborate with senior technical stakeholders and delivery managers to ensure that both business requirements and technical solutions align seamlessly
  • Oversee resource management, ensuring efficient allocation for internal and partner-driven projects
  • Lead client workshops and strategic functional design sessions to provide assurance in the technical and business solutions being developed
  • Manage risks, escalations, and quality assurance processes to ensure that client deliverables exceed expectations
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and proactively resolving challenges
  • Ensure that technical solutions are continuously refined and optimized to meet client goals and enhance long-term partnerships
  • Promote innovation within the region by leading the development of new features, technical capabilities, and methodologies that improve the delivery of solutions
  • Foster an environment of knowledge sharing, ensuring that best practices and lessons learned are consistently implemented across teams
